Assam University's Department of Business Administration (DBA) invites applications for MBA program 2024-25: No separate written test; admission based on National-Level Exam scores

The Department of Business Administration (DBA) at Assam University is inviting aspiring candidates to join its prestigious MBA program for the upcoming academic session 2024-25.

With 25 years of excellence in imparting management education, DBA is ranked as the 20th business school in India in the Government Institution category, according to the HANSA-WEEK's Business School Survey 2023.

Starting from this academic session, the department has announced that it will not be conducting a separate written test for admission.

Candidates must aim to score qualifying marks in any of the national-level entrance exams for management such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, CUET-2023, ATMA, or MAT. For those who have not appeared in any of the national-level exams, there is an opportunity to appear for the entrance test, ATMA, with the registration deadline on February 11th.

Applications for admission to the MBA Course in the Department of Business Administration, Assam University, will open separately from mid-February.

Candidates with test scores from any of the national tests for admission to an MBA program such as CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ CUET-2023 / ATMA/MAT must apply for the admission process.

To facilitate candidates from different regions, five centres have been chosen for conducting GD and PI, namely Silchar, Guwahati, Siliguri, Bhubaneswar, and Imphal.

These centres will be activated based on the minimum number of applicants preferring a particular centre.
