Silchar DSA officially starts its Annual Cultural Competition of 2023.

The Silchar District Sports Association officially starts its annual cultural competition. There will be competition in the field of art, Rabindra and Najrul Sangeet including folk music.

A competition on Rabindra Dance will be held on March 25,2023. The groups are classified as A,B,C and D and the participants will have to perform a solo dance on their preferred Rabindra Sangeet. The participants are instructed to arrive at Ashirwad Marriage Bhavan, Circuit House, Silchar at 11 am. They must register with Rs. 50 before an hour of their performance.

Apart from this,a drawing competition also took place on 12th of March, 2023 at the DSA indoor stadium. Arun Kumar Paul and Prasenjit Paul were the judges of the competition. The event was attended by the President and Secretary of DSA followed by other members.
